- Razorpay: For payment processing. Razorpay's own Privacy Policy governs how they handle your payment data. We receive only transaction confirmation and status.
- Email service providers (e.g. Resend): To send automated transactional emails such as payment confirmations and course access details.
- Course platform tools: We may use LMS (Learning Management System) software to deliver course content. These are bound by their own data processing agreements.
- Law enforcement or legal process: If required by a court order, government authority, or applicable law, we may disclose your data to comply with legal obligations.
All third-party service providers we use are selected based on their compliance with applicable data protection standards. We do not authorise them to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
Payment Data & Security
All course fee payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway regulated in India. Vande Digital Academy does not collect, store, or process your card number, CVV, bank account details, or UPI credentials on our servers.
When you click "Pay Now", you are redirected to Razorpay's secure payment interface. Upon successful payment, Razorpay returns a payment confirmation to our platform which triggers course access.
In the event of a payment dispute or failed transaction, please contact us at contact@vandedigital.com with your transaction reference number.
Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to improve your experience. We use the following types of cookies:
